Murakami Law has a proven relationship with the most important entity in the entire subdivision sales approval process: the California Department of Real Estate (DRE). State law requires that all subdivision developments in California consisting of five (5) or more units/lots submit a set of master management documents to the DRE for approval. Our documents have been pre-approved by the BRE, streamlining the approval process for our clients.
