Murakami Law will provide a review of subdivision documents and prepare an attorney opinion letter for those clients involved in compliance reviews with the FHA, FANNIE MAE or FREDDIE MAC.

An FHA Attorney Opinion Letter is required to be submitted as part of the FHA approval package, in which an attorney certifies that all project legal documents meet HUD guidelines (HUD Handbook 4265.1, Appendix 24) and state and local condominium laws.

Both FANNIE MAE AND FREDDIE MAC require an attorney opinion letter confirming compliance with their legal requirements.
